Climate Change Brownbag Series Part 1
Learn how climate scientists think about and model the risks of climate
change as well as the issues in building and interpreting these models.
Drawing upon his experience as a working member of the Intergovernmental
Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), Michael Mastrandrea will discuss the
implications and interplay between the science and policies, such as
mitigation and adaptation. He will also provide an overview of some of
the latest climate change research, including the IPCC's Fourth
Assessment Report, which was released in 2007.
