Black & Veatch Corporation is a leading global engineering, consulting, and
construction company specializing in infrastructure development in the fields of
energy, water, and information.

Duties include: Support the performance of wind and renewable energy projects
covering multiple technologies; areas of emphasis may include utility-scale wind
farms, community wind systems, distributed wind, and offshore wind projects;
position will involve a wide variety of diverse assignments including resource
assessment, due diligence, siting, feasibility studies, new technology evaluation,
project proposal evaluation, conceptual design, design review, performance
estimates, and cost estimates; position will entail interaction with clients
including utilities, energy project developers, financial institutions, energy
end-users, investors, government agencies, and other organizations.

Qualifications: BS Degree; excellent verbal and written communication skills;
ability to communicate clearly and succinctly through formal reports, presentations,
memoranda and e-mail; must be able to function equally well in collaborative,
multi-discipline teams, and self-directed independent assignments; must be
self-collaborative, multi-discipline teams, and self-directed independent
assignments; must be self-motivated, with an ability to balance multiple projects
while working under tight deadlines; should have some experience in wind energy
projects; should have an interest in all renewable energy technologies; experience
with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel; ability to develop Visual
Basic macros preferred.
